LTF INDOOR TRI RESULTS

OULER Todd Hall did the Cinco Ranch Life Time Fitness Indoor Triathlon this past weekend. He took 2nd place overall out of 100 participants. GREAT WORK TODD! Way to represent! Todd completed 21 lengths in the pool in 10 min, 24.9 miles on the bike in 30 min (this is gauged on a spin bike by a super high cadence), and ran 2.96 miles in 20 min to take an overall 2nd place!
